In the event of any dispute for the goods dispatched by Bathora, a packing video will be shared. This will serve as the final evidence for the product seal and packing condition at the time of dispatch.
Changes in Price and Stock Availability:

Order Cancellations:

Exclusive Jurisdiction:
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Only the courts at Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
