The ring swings outward making it easy to use. It hangs squarely on the wall and doesn't wobble. Beautiful look. Performs better than the stationary Delta Dryden towel ring I installed at first. But it's so expensive!From the moment you heft the unopened box, through installation and use, this holder conveys quality. For those accustomed to having to refine and upgrade, if not remanufacture half of all new purchases, you’ll find nothing extra to do with this product. As one example, the drywall anchors they supply are the very ones I usually have to substitute for the inadequate ones suppled by other manufacturers. The hex wrench required for installation is included. There are no course casting seams, everywhere I examine they were polished smooth before plating. The plating itself appears thick and extends to the interior, normally unseen, surfaces. There is a slight squeak when moving the “ring” portion, but the fitment to the mount is precise; there is not a hint of wiggle or sideways slop.Aesthetically, I find the “champagne bronze” color to be pleasing when one’s gaze falls on it, but never so obtrusive as demand attention. I’m going to enjoy this product even when I’m not paying attention to it. I expect it shall do its job for a very long time.There are many persons and situations where all one wants or needs is a simple utilitarian means to keep a towel off the floor—many cheaper alternatives exist and can be recommended. Yet, as one who values and pursues durability, functional design and fine craftsmanship, I accept the high cost of this item, and even find it a fair value.I was more then pleasantly surprised by this towel holder. Taking it out of the box and holding it screamed quality. It is all metal construction. The ad said stainless steel, so the first thing I did was grab a refrigerator magnet and held it to it. Real stainless will not hold a magnet and this product did not either. The instructions were easy to read and includes mounting hardware. There is also a paper template included to help with mounting. The template is generic for use with several of their products, make sure you use the right one for your product. After the mounting plate is installed, the holder is slid over the bracket and secured with the included Allen key. I liked how the mounting bracket had an extended bar that gives strength and rigidity to the holder. This mounting bar allows the set screw to be further out from the wall and easier to tighten then other bathroom accessories I have installed. A great product that should last many years.These days I’m into paying a little more for things that will last longer - keeps stuff out of the landfill - and this large towel ring is definitely solid and excellent quality. I actually bought it to use in my bedroom closet to hold scarves. My closet is too narrow and dark to get a good photo but it looks and works great, and takes up very little space. I love the color too! Comes with great instructions and everything you need to install it easily.This towel ring has a crazy thick mounting bracket! I was able to use one of the existing holes in my wall and used the anchors and screws that came with this to mount it. The bracket has an up and down side as the fastener goes on the bottom of the ring. The color is a beautiful, earthy bronze. The material of the ring and the mount are super heavy duty. From the underside (3rd picture) you can see that the ring itself is a U shape, but don’t let that fool you. This thing must be solid steel. If I trusted my drywall, I’d bet I could hang from it.This towel ring adds an unexpected touch to any bathroom with its eclectic shape and design. It is made of heavy stainless steel that is hollowed on the underside. Unlike my other towel ring, it swings freely without being stuck in the up position when I lift it. The installation is easy with the printed guide, video, and parts included. The only thing it didn't come with was a towel and a person to install it. Happy!This color was the exact same as we chose for our bathroom remodel, except we couldn't get a hand towel holder in this color, when I ran across this I was a bit worried it would not match but it did end up matching perfectly. They send the mounting hardware along with a template. Installation was a breeze, maybe 10 mins from start to finish... I highly recommend.Comes with all the hardware and instructions. Took me just a few minutes to install it. Happy with how it looks in my bathroom. Now I’m going to order a matching one for other side of the vanity.
