These pieces are not the light champagne gold like they appear in the photos and what I really wanted. They do have a brushed finished so they're not shiny like brass. But the gold is a bit dark for my decor. I did keep them because they are the only hardware in the bathroom so it's not so obvious they don't match the rest of the house. In all fairness, it has been difficult to find my preferred gold color for most hardware I have purchased. I may just spray paint them eventually.They are however stylish, attractive, and modern. They feel sturdy and were easy to install compared to other similar items.Very sturdy, solid, and instructions seem pretty straight forward.. will update if install goes bad.shipping was fast and install a was easy!
