If you're considering purchasing this product, look at the other reviewers' photos carefully. On the towel ring where the ring attaches to the base the manufacturer uses a cheap white plastic connector. It's not as apparent on the light finishes, however the white plastic connector on the black trim looks awful. Several other alternatives are for sale on Amazon around the same price point (without this silly plastic connector).The holders came with the screws and drywall anchors needed to install them. Just needed to drill the hole in the tile and put the anchor in. The holders attach to the base with a hex screw.I gave 4 stars because there is a white piece on the black ring that really sticks out. If that piece were black these would be 5 stars all the wayWe had old wooden fixtures in this bathroom. We upgraded the sink faucet and these TP and hand towel accessories are just what we needed to finish the look. I left the original bases of the wooden fixtures so I would not have to patch and paint and the mixture worked better than expected. Easy to install. All you need is a #2 Philips screwdriver because the set screw wrench comes with the kit.This towel ring/tp dispenser installed easily, using the same installation method as most similar type bathroom accessories. A mounting plate screws into the wall, either into a stud or with the supplied drywall anchors, then the towel ring or tp holder attaches to the mounting plate. After I installed these there was a slight wobble where I could not get the fixture screw tight enough on the mounting plate, but that seems to be common (in my experience) with this type of mounting system.Both the towel ring and the tp holder felt much heavier than other similar fixtures I've purchased over the years. I expect that these all metal fixtures will hold up much better than the cheap plastic ones that sell at big box stores for about the same price as this set. Overall these fixtures look nice, the metal finish and weight seem very durable, and my only concern is potential damage from long term moisture exposure. But for the price, these look much better than the cheap plastic fixtures, so even if I have to replace them years later it's worth the nominal cost.Easy to use and install!
