Pro- 1) These were well made, well designed and came with all kinds of additional hardware for different mountings.Cons- 1) Basically no Instructions to figure out what the intended use of the hardware is. You have to figure it out yourself.Ps.- After buying and installing these I came to the conclusion that I see most FJ80 owners have come to: don't mount the control box on the outside of the bumper, crap will hit it, water will get in it, its in the way of the radiator. I am now remounting it inside the engine bay inside a waterproof aluminum box, so I didn't end up needing these after all, and I see a lot of people with the same vehicle I own doing the same thing. Food for thought.
