I have several other significantly more expensive toiletry bags but this one has become my favorite, a Goldilocks that's just right. It's very, very lightweight, holds a lot but isn't as bulky as some, and seems well designed with its clear plastic top compartment, mesh compartment, very spacious main compartment with elastic straps and side sleeves, a flat zip pocket in front, slip pocket on the back, and carry handle. I did a trial packing and I could easily get all the toiletry items I need to take in it including a hairbrush, with space left over.The hook could be a bit larger to fit over larger towel rods, but many bathrooms have hooks on the back of the door which will work fine. I don't usually like velcro closures but this one seems to work very well so we'll see how that goes.The inner compartments have zip closures. The large open main compartment even has a panel that flips down to make the bottom flat and more stable. The blue is a beautiful color, like Tiffany store bags. The price was unbelievably low and I'm tempted to buy a spare in case this one turns out to be less sturdy than it appears. For now it's a winner.Edit to update:Oh my goodness, this bag is just right for me! I did a more thorough packing and this is what it easily holds, with room to spare:Top clear plastic zip compartment: daily eye drops vials, roll-on perfume, tiny bottle of perfume, chap stick, Q-tips, razor, large safety pin.Mesh zip compartment: travel toothbrush (will fit a regular one), travel size toothpaste, small floss, travel box of floss picks.Large main compartment (also zips):2 side sleeves-- small PooPourri spray & travel Lysol spray; folded Olay daily facial cloths (dry).3 back elastic bands-- hotel size shampoo & body lotion; deodorant (will hold a full size); regular size facial moisturizer/sunscreen.Bottom/main part (the panel folds down to make a flat surface)-- comb, compact hairbrush/mirror, hair clip, glass nail file in case, travel jar of night moisturizer, AND my makeup bag with all the makeup I carry!(And it's still not full.)Front zip pocket: panty liners, travel tubes of Tums and Tylenol, bandaids, packet of antibiotic ointment.Back slip pocket: Shout wipe, individual hand wipes, individual disinfectant wipes, mask.The bag still easily closes with the velcro and doesn't look overstuffed at all. It is so lightweight and just the right size, and is such a pretty color. I've ordered another one for a spare while they're available. I highly recommend this bag and it's a great value as well. Try this one if your toiletry bags aren't quite right, especially if they're too bulky for what they hold.
