I didn't get this so that I can have a warm towel waiting for me out of the shower. I don't know that this would be capable of warming a towel fast enough to accomplish that. What I did get this for was to dry out my towel between my 2x daily showers. I often found my towel was wet after hours of hanging - this rack resolved that. I can shower in the morning/afternoon, run it for 2 hours and by night it's very dry - not warm.Where I docked the item was with the install. No instructions came with it, so the video on this listing was critical. The washers were sometimes in, and sometimes not - making it a PITA to line up the video with what I was looking at. Truthfully, I had this sitting on the floor for a week before I could muster the patience to figure it out. (Then I also had to buy a screen driver without a changeable head because those didn't fit into the hole to mount the stems.)It has been up for about 2 weeks, and I don't regret the purchase at all.This towel warmer has a very sleek and modern appearance. It heats up well, and I love the broad heated surface areas. I also love the fact that it is safe to the touch when it is on; it won't scald you. It is well designed and very sturdy. The seller is wonderful. They emailed me in a timely manner to informed me that the items would arrive a little later than expected. They even gave me a little refund to compensate for the delay (which was not even that long). Great customer service!My mother loves this heated towel rack. It looks wonderful in her remodeled bathroom. A visiting family member could not stop praising the heated towel rack.Cool looking and the design was definitely a big consideration on the purchase, as it matches our bathroom decor. There are 3 zones heating which gives you the ability to save energy as turning zone 2&3 on is plenty for 1 towel. There is a button to select how long you can have the unit running so you don’t have to worry about remembering to turn it off. I also use it to help dry the towel post showers which is great in case I end up having a second shower after a workout.
