Well, this is the first time I'm giving a five star review but sadly returning the item. This leather men's toiletry kit is well made. The leather is supple, and it's lightweight as advertised. And there is my issue. The leather seems very thin. There is no waterproof lining, and I'm concerned about how long it will hold up. I am giving this as a high school graduation gift to my nephew. I want a sturdy kit that will hold up to a college lifestyle, and I'm not sure this will do that. If you are looking for something light for air travel, this might be perfect. The leather is rich looking, and the color is great. I really wanted to purchase one made in the US like this one, but I just don't think it's the best choice for a teen heading off to college.I’ve had several products from this company, and always liked their quality leather and value.I got this as a travel/medicine bag for random supplies I like to take on my business trips. I'm definitely looking into a leather wallet!This is a no-frills but very nice leather dopp kit -- no internal pockets of any kind. That will make it easy to wipe out if something spills, but some men will need either bags for separation or to hold their toiletries inside.The leather is supple and gorgeous, well -crafted. The zipper runs well, no pulls.My husband loved the look and feel but isn't sure how much he'd like to have more compartments, so he's still feeling his way around that.
